Currently, he is serving as Chaplain for Rusangu University, an Adventist institution of higher learning in Zambia. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from the Adventist University of Africa, Kenya. He is married to Chipo Malungo Chimoga who also works for Rusangu University as an Assistant Registrar - Admissions. She is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Educational Policy and Planning. They have been married for 12 years now and have been blessed with three sons: Wampa, Lumba and Cisepo.”

Has served the Church for 3 years in his current station Dimbwe Mission District were he is populary known as Dimbwe1 or Sibbuku Dimbwe. He holds a Diploma in information management systems and a Bachelors Degree in Theology from Bugema University Uganda. The Pastor is Married to a fellow Pastor Beatrice Siziba Thosi who is an Assistant Chaplain at Rusangu University. They have been together for almost 2 years now.”
